Despite playing a crucial part in the Battle for Azeroth storyline, both the Zandalari Troll and Kul Tiran Human allied races are unfortunately still unavailable. While Blizzard has not yet revealed when exactly the two popular races will finally become playable, they have at least now announced which racial traits they will have, as well as what assortment of classes they will have access to.

Since there is no easy way for me to summarize this without making a list, allow me to do just that. So if you're curious about what exactly the Zandalari Trolls and Kul Tiran Humans will be able to offer, I welcome you to have a look:

ZANDALARI TROLLS

• Available Classes: Druid, Hunter, Mage, Monk, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman and Warrior

• Racial Traits:

- Embrace the Loa - Pray to a Loa and gain their favor (likely to be a combat effect)

- City of Gold - Loot additional coin from monsters

- Regeneratin' - Concentrate to heal quickly over a short time

- Pterrodax Swoop - Can whistle up a Pterrodax to glide you to the ground

KUL TIRAN HUMANS

• Available classes: Druid, Hunter, Mage, Monk, Priest, Rogue, Shaman and Warrior

• Racial Traits:

- Brush it Off - Increase Versatility and regenerate a portion of damage taken

- Child of the Sea - Hold your breath longer and swim faster

- Haymaker - Haul off and punch an enemy, stunning and knocking them back

- Jack of All Trades - Increases skill in every tradeskill

- Rime of the Ancient Mariner - Reduces Frost and Nature damage taken

All things considered, there's nothing too spectacular here in terms of racial traits, but that's probably for the best given World of Warcraft's history with them. The one thing I do consider a bit of a surprise is the presence of Zandalari Paladins, something that was alluded to and then immediately crushed in-game with the death of Rezan. I can only imagine this has something to do with Vol'jin and his sudden reappearance, but I suppose we'll find out soon enough!

If Blizzard releases any more information, or adds a brand new class/race combination like they've done with Kul Tiran Mages just recently, I'll make sure to let you know. Until then, do make sure to check out some of the new cinematics as they are, unsurprisingly, pretty darn good. Enjoy!
