Blizzcon Online official artwork with logo

[Update]: BlizzCon Online schedule has now been revealed, and sadly Overwatch 2 won't have much of a presence.

If you're looking for some more information about Blizzard's upcoming games, or simply a preview of what is coming for their current ones, you'll be happy to hear that this year's Blizzcon convention will be running from February 19-20. However, unlike the previous years, this one will be entirely online due to the pandemic throwing a wrench into the whole thing.

As far as the big announcements are concerned, nothing has been revealed just yet. That said, I think it's safe to say we'll get a lot more information about Diablo 4, most likely a gameplay trailer and beta reveal for Overwatch 2, as well as more info about Hearthstone, World of Warcraft, and Heroes of the Storm updates. And if the rumors are true, which I do believe they are, we might also get to see the grand announcement for The Burning Crusade Classic!

It's also worth mentioning that this year's Blizzcon Online will be entirely free to watch, including things like contests and the various developer panels. From what I can tell, the only paid aspect of Blizzcon 2021 will be the three cosmetics-filled bundles that are currently up on BattleNet. None of the items are anything truly special, so if you're not in the mood for spending money, worry not as you're not really missing out on anything of importance.

Once Blizzcon goes live I'll make sure to give you an overview of everything Blizzard announces. Until then, you can read a little bit more about it, as well as check out the full schedule once it becomes available, over at the official website
