Dead or Alive 6 was originally supposed to release this February 15th for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but according to Koei Tecmo's recent announcement, that has now been pushed back to March 1st. The reason for the delay, as you might imagine, is to ensure both the gameplay and visuals are as polished as possible.

While there are no further details about the delay itself, you can get a pretty good idea of what to expect from Dead or Alive 6, as well as what it's doing to differentiate itself from its predecessors, by checking out the recent "Combat and features" trailer. Have a gander:

What exactly this delay means for the previously announced early adopter bonus, I'm afraid I don't know. According to the original announcement you will be granted Nyontengu as a downloadable character and an exclusive Kasumi costume for purchasing Dead or Alive 6 before March 14th on PC, so unless Koei Tecmo states otherwise, I'd recommend treating that date as the new cut-off point as well.

Whatever the case may be, you can learn more about Dead or Alive 6, as well as follow any future developer updates, by visiting either the official website or Steam.
