If you're a fan of mini-games and hunting down a whole bunch of cosmetic items, you might want to check out Guild Wars 2's newly added Dragon Bash Festival as it's full of exactly that. You can fight against other players in the arena using special abilities, smash a whole bunch of dragon pinatas in a brand new adventure, race against your fellow players as a Moa bird, and naturally, stuff your face with so much virtual candy that your character can barely even move!
You can get a pretty good idea of what all of this looks like in-game through the recently posted teaser trailer. Have a peek, and make sure to turn on the sound as there is a rather cheerful song playing throughout it:
Like I mentioned earlier, there's also a whole bunch of cosmetic equipment to acquire, most of it being holographic replicas of some of the most famous weapons in Guild Wars 2. Not exactly as good as the real thing, but certainly interesting enough to warrant a closer look! The only catch is that you have until July 16th to get all of the ones you're interested in since that's when the Dragon Bash Festival will end.
