Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary official artwork without logo

[Update]: Halo 2: Anniversary is coming to PC this May 12th!

Halo: The Master Chief Collection made its way to PC a little while ago, though unfortunately it ended up being a bit lacking in content. What I mean by this is that the launch version only contained Halo: Reach, while the rest of the series is slated to arrive one by one throughout 2020.

While the exact release dates for each game haven't been given just yet, I am happy to say that Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary has now been added to the collection. The PC version brings with it support for 4K resolutions, a whole bunch of graphics options to tweak, support for both keyboard/mouse and gamepad controls, updated textures and shadows, and the list goes on.

You can get a pretty good idea of what all of this looks like in-game, as well as how well the original Halo has held up over the years, through the recently posted trailer. Have a peek:

To give it a try for yourself, or just learn more about Halo: The Master Chief Collection, you should head on over to Steam. Have fun!
