Unlike the early years, Blizzard has now taken a much more hands-on approach to Arena balance and gameplay quality. Not only have they added a couple of new and Arena exclusive cards into the mix, but they have also frequently reshuffled the balance of power between the classes, slowly but surely pushing Arena into a more interesting direction.

If you feel like that isn't enough, or if you're just looking for something a bit crazier to occupy your time, you might be glad to hear that Hearthstone will soon be getting the Taverns of Time special event. The event will last from June 11 to July 2, and bring with it 28 new and rather intriguing cards to toy around with. As you might expect, some are going to be neutral, while others are going to be class-restricted.

You can find the full list of cards over at the official website, but needless to say, some of them are completely and utterly ridiculous. Usually this would be a huge issue, but since this is just a temporary event and most of the problematic cards are of a higher rarity, I think the whole Taverns of Time event will actually come as a breath of fresh air. After all, who doesn't love a bit of craziness every once in a while!
