Munchking Digital board game adaptation official key artwork with the logo

If you're in the mood for exploring a dungeon, kicking monsters in the shins and getting unreasonably angry with your friends, you'll be happy to hear that the highly popular board game Munchkin is getting a video game adaptation. While no exact release date has been announced just yet, you can expect Munchkin Digital to arrive at some point this Fall for PC, Android and iOS.

Besides an accurate recreation of the original game, Munchkin Digital will also bring with it a handy tutorial to teach you the ropes, as well as a variety of singleplayer challenges to mess around with. If you don't like the idea of playing board games alone, worry not as Munchkin Digital will also feature cross-platform multiplayer, so finding people to backstab play with should be a breeze.

What Munchkin Digital looks like in action, that you can get a little bit of a sneak peek at through the teaser trailer below:

Once we get an actual release date, or Munchkin Digital just suddenly appears, I'll make sure to let you know. Until then, you can read a few more tidbits about it over at Steam. Enjoy!
