Like most of SUDA51's work, Killer7 is a unique combination of somewhat clunky gameplay, bizarre yet interesting storytelling, as well as piles upon piles of creativity. While it originally released on the PlayStation 2 and Gamecube, it is still one of the most intriguing games I've ever seen, which is why I'm very glad to say that NIS America is currently working on porting it over to PC.
So if you're wondering about what exactly the PC version will look like, wonder no more as NIS America has now released a brief in-game trailer. It'll give you a pretty decent idea of the kind of visuals you can expect to see, as well as a brief peek into what the actual gameplay is all about. Have a look:
Whether it will have any sort of new features or improvements, I'm afraid I simply cannot say as neither NIS America nor the developers have released any actual details. The best I can tell you is that it's being "optimized for PC", though that can mean anything from making sure it simply runs to re-creating the entire game in order to better support mouse & keyboard controls and modern gaming conventions.
As for the release date, the PC version is currently expected to arrive this Fall, though no exact date has been given just yet. Once more information about the PC port gets released I'll make sure to let you know, but until then you should head on over to Steam to learn just a bit more about Killer7 and its world.
