If you've never played The Walking Dead: Season 1, or any of Telltale's modern work for that matter, consider this your lucky day! For the next 23 hours you can grab the entire season for free by going to the Humble Store, and I would highly recommend you do so as the game is downright awesome.

The Walking Dead: Season 1 does have some flaws, mind you, but if you approach it with an open mind and without a wiki at your side I can almost guarantee you will have a blast with it. Much like the comic, its less about the 'scary zombies' and more about the characters and their plight, so be prepared for a bit of an emotional rollercoaster!

While you're at the Humble Store, make sure to also check out the currently ongoing sale. You can grab The Witcher 3, XCOM 2, and Total War: Warhammer at a rather considerable discount, and given how they're all excellent games this could be a prime opportunity to fill out your backlog.
