I've only played the four games found in the second tier so I won't comment about the rest, but these four alone are so good that I would be willing to pay many times the current price just for them alone. So if you have a bit of spare time and an interest in a variety of genres, I would highly recommend you spend the €6 necessary to get the second tier. They really are excellent games, and even if you end up disliking a couple of them, chances are good the rest will be more than enough to make up the difference.
