With Psychonauts 2 fully funded and slowly on its way, now would be a good time to give the original classic a try and see why exactly its held in such high regard. As such, I am very glad to say that Psychonauts is completely free to grab on the Humble Store for the next two days.

While you're there, you might also want to check out the currently ongoing End of Summer sale. You can grab excellent games such as The Witcher 3, XCOM 2, and Total War: Warhammer at rather considerable discounts, so if you have a bit of free time consider giving them a chance. Personally, I would recommend starting with The Witcher 3 as its one of the most enjoyable action-RPGs I've played in quite a while.

As for Psychonauts, just keep in mind that its a fairly old game. Its incredibly creative and more than a little bit weird, so I would still give it a shot if you've never played it, but its unfortunately a bit dated in terms of gameplay. Things aren't so bad that they will completely ruin your experience, but the gameplay is clunky enough that you will notice it, especially if you've recently played an action-adventure.
