[Update #2]: Fallen Order's sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is heading to PC and consoles on March 17th, 2023.

[Update]: Respawn has now released an even longer gameplay preview!

Respawn Entertainment announced that they are working on a brand new Star Wars game quite a while ago, though they never really explained what it's going to be about. Even when they released the cinematic trailer about a month ago, we were still in the dark when it comes to the actual gameplay.

With that in mind, I am happy to say that the silence has now finally been broken, and in the best way possible! What I mean by that is that Respawn has now released a lengthy gameplay demo showcasing just what Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order has to offer. Have a look:

While the gameplay throughout the preview is a bit clunky, mostly because the presenter is trying to force certain situations in order to showcase all of the fancy animations and tech, I do think Fallen Order has a lot of potential behind it. All of the elements are there, even stuff like parries and counter attacks, so it's going to be interesting to see how all of this ends up working out once the general public gets their hand on the gameplay.
