In celebration of the holiday season Ubisoft has decided to give out a couple of free games to anyone that might be interested. Last week they were giving away the fairly excellent RTS World in Conflict: Complete Edition, while this time around they're offering the equally amazing Assassin's Creed: Black Flag for free!

If you're interested in sailing the high seas, and occasionally interrupting your shanties with a bit of stabbing, you should head on over to the official website. It is worth mentioning that this offer will only last until December 18th, so make sure to grab Black Flag as soon as possible, just to be on the safe side.

As for whether Black Flag is actually worth your time, I'd say the answer is a definite yes. Its widely regarded as one of the best Assassin's Creed games out there, and its ship combat/exploration is so good it inspired not one, but two different pirate games: Skull & Bones and Sea of Thieves. So whether you're a fan of the Assassin's Creed series, or someone that has never even given it a try, I would highly recommend you give Black Flag a spin. At the low, low price of free, you simply can't go wrong with it.
