World of Warcraft's Update 7.2 is so massive it had to spend numerous months on the PTR in order to ensure adequate testing for all of its features. But soon the floodgates will open, and on March 28th the Burning Legion will once again continue their crusade, bringing with them a rather ridiculous amount of content.

We'll finally be able to revisit the Tomb of Sargeras as a brand new raid, assault and fortify the Broken Shore zone alongside our fellow class members, acquire flying and class-specific mounts, explore the new Cathedral of the Eternal Night dungeon, hunt down new artifact weapon appearances and upgrades, and the list goes on for quite a while longer. Needless to say, this is going to be the biggest update Legion has seen since its inception!

The full patch notes have not yet been revealed, but what Blizzard did reveal is a brand new cinematic trailer foreshadowing the events to come. Before I spoil anything out of excitement you should probably go watch the video:

Now that you've watched the video I'm curious if you're like me and you're currently wondering whether Sargeras has lost some of his power, because if Kil'Jaeden is ready to so brashly oppose him there must be something going on in the background. We are after all talking about a creature that is capable of cleaving an entire planet in half with a single sword swing... yes, a sword swing in space!

Speaking of space, this cinematic trailer also serves as a little teaser for Update 7.3 which is rumored to take place on Argus itself. I'm not sure what exactly Blizzard is doing given how fast they're advancing the story in Legion, but I am very glad to see them actually putting out some real content after the mediocre showing from Warlords of Draenor. Here's to hoping all of this content will be just as enjoyable as it sounds on paper!

Up for some more?
