Children of Morta official artwork and logo

In order to fulfill the very last checkmark left on the roadmap, the Dead Mage team has now unleashed one seemingly final update. As you might guess from the title, the freshly released Fellowship Sanctuary update brings with it one of the most frequently requested new features - online co-op!

The one bit of bad news is that online co-op is currently only available on the Steam version. Work is already underway on getting the other PC and console versions up to par, however, so while no release date has been revealed just yet, rest assured that other platforms have not been ignored.

As for what exactly the co-op mode looks like in action, that you can find out through the freshly posted trailer. Have a gander:

The final thing worth mentioning is that Children of Morta is entirely free to try out for the next two days, during which the game will also be on a 65% discount. So whether you're interested in finding out how smooth the co-op experience is or just what the gameplay has to offer, this would be the perfect time to give Children of Morta a try and find out.

You can do so, as well as learn a tiny bit more about the co-op update, over at Steam. Have fun!
