[Update]: Clash: Artifacts of Chaos is a wildly creative and charmingly weird brawler from the Rock of Ages and Zeno Clash team.
Unlike the various boulders you can throw at your enemies, the Rock of Ages series has remained fairly consistent over the years. As such, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to hear that the newly released Rock of Ages 3: Make & Break is a Monty Python-esque hybrid between a tower defense and an arcadey 'smash everything with a giant rock' kind of game.
Since this one of those concepts that really only clicks once you see it in action, allow me to share with you the recently posted launch trailer. Have a gander:
Before you make any sort of decision on Rock of Ages 3, however, it's well worth mentioning that the Steam version appears to be quite buggy right now. There's a fair few reports about the game randomly crashing and the boulders themselves suddenly deciding that the laws of physics are for shmucks, so unless you're incredibly eager to roll in, it might be wise to give Rock of Ages 3 a couple of extra weeks.
With that little bit of warning aside, you can learn more about Rock of Ages 3, as well as keep an eye on its updates moving forward, over at Steam.
