[Update]: Noita has just received its final 'Epilogue' update.
After going through a whole bunch of major updates, the action-roguelike Noita has now finally been completed. Version 1.0 brings with it a bunch of new content and quality of life improvements, an even greater appetite for rampant destruction, and most importantly of all, a procedurally generated world where every single pixel is simulated!
Since that last part might not sound all that impressive on paper, allow me to also share with you the recently posted trailer. It'll clue you in quite quickly on just how crazy the combat in Noita can get. Have a gander:
As you can quickly infer from the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam, Noita is pretty darn good! So if you're a fan of roguelikes and the idea of accidentally annihilating an entire ecosystem sounds like a good time, I'd say Noita is well worth looking into. Just make sure you go into it expecting to die over-and-over again, because while flinging fire everywhere is certainly fun, it's also a very good way of transforming yourself into a scorchmark!
To read more about Noita, as well as potentially grab yourself a copy, you should head on over to Steam. Have fun!
