[Update]: The Wandering Village has now stomped its way into Early Access, and so far it's been enjoying mostly positive reviews from the players.

Instead of settling somewhere nice and peaceful, your budding civilization in The Wandering Village has decided that the most sensible course of action is to live out their days on the back of an absolutely gigantic dinosaur! In order to have them thrive in this bizarre environment you'll have to grow and gather an assortment of resources, send out expeditions into the wilderness in search of long-lost technology, handle unique threats that arise from the dinosaur stomping its way through various biomes, and naturally, figure out how to coexist with the massive beast before things turn truly sour.

If The Wandering Village looks like its right up your alley, you'll be happy to hear that it will be launching into Early Access this September 14th. The initial version will bring with it the basic gameplay loop of building, farming, scavenging and researching, while future updates will expand upon the world and its story, as well as polish everything up. While plans can and most likely will change, The Wandering Village is currently expected to spend over a bit over a year in Early Access.
