Mutant Year Zero: Seed of Evil artwork showing Big Khan

[Update]: Mutant Year Zero's Seed of Evil expansion has now finally arrived.

Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden is an XCOM-inspired turn-based RPG that released back in late 2018. While somewhat clunky due to its indie origins, Mutant Year Zero ended up getting some pretty good reviews across the board, with a special mention going towards its rather unique and colorful cast of characters.

With that in mind, I am very happy to announce that the developers are now working on a brand new expansion - Seed of Evil. You can expect to see a new character in the form of Big Khan the moose, a variety of new plant-infested enemies, plenty of new locations to explore and abilities to unlock, and naturally, a storyline that continues on from the original's ending.

You can get a pretty good idea of what all of this looks like in gameplay terms, as well as how cool Big Khan really is, in the recently posted trailer down below. Have a peek, it's a pretty interesting one:

You can expect Mutant Year Zero: Seed of Evil to arrive this July 30th for both PC and consoles. To learn more about it, as well as potentially grab yourself a copy once it becomes available, you should head on over to Steam or the official website.
