[Update]: It took a while, but the enhanced version of the Final Fantasy VII Remake has now landed onto PC!

Even though there have been times where its future appeared to be less than bright, Final Fantasy VII's remake is now shaping up to be a rather faithful recreation of the original classic. The good news doesn't end there, however, as Square Enix has just confirmed that Final Fantasy VII is merely a timed exclusive for the PlayStation 4!

According to the newly revealed box, Final Fantasy VII will only be exclusively available on the PlayStation 4 until March 3, 2021. So while none of the other platforms have been announced just yet, I think it's safe to say the PC version will be coming at some point in 2021, possibly even in March itself!

It's certainly going to be a long wait for us on PC, but much like how it went with the somewhat recent Final Fantasy XV, we're likely going to get some neat bonus content to help soften the blow. Either way, it's good to finally get a 'confirmation' that Final Fantasy 7 will indeed be coming to PC at some point.

Once Square Enix releases more details I'll make sure to let you know, but until then I'll leave you with one of the latest trailers. Enjoy!
