After being announced what feels like forever ago the Steam hardware has finally arrived, although in limited fashion. So far it is only available in the US, Canada and Europe with the rest following shortly.

If you are simply looking for specifics head over to the new Steam Hardware section, otherwise read on and I'll give you a brief rundown of the prices and what to expect from each of the offers.

While I'm sad to see it go I can't say its unexpected. Their goal was to offer an alternative to GTA: Online, one without microtransactions or limits on what you can do and mess around with.

And as you might imagine they've recently got a take-down notice and are now shutting down all development for the mod.

Lock yourself in a vault, bring ample supply of food and water, cut off any and all contact from the outside world and prepare. Or you can be a sane person and just play it in your spare time, either way Fallout 4 has arrived (November 10).

I'll get my teeth sunk in to the game as soon as possible and try to get out my own review in a couple of days, after I've had enough time to get a good view on it.

When I first saw Rocket League I expected it to be one of those Internet fads, a game that surges in popularity for a few weeks, everyone talks about it and constantly plays it and then it slowly fades away and becomes forgotten (*cough* Slender *cough*).

What it turned out to be in the end is not a fad, but rather a very polished and even more so addictive game. And now, many months after release, Rocket League is not only going strong but is also getting ready for a major free patch.

Very rarely does a piece of news bring excitement to my cold, shriveled heart but the announcement of a Witcher movie is an exception.

It was announced in a press release that SDC Works (most famous for the Mummy series) is teaming up with Tomek Baginski, a Polish director who you might know from his work on the Witcher cinematics as well as the short film "The Cathedral" to make a full-length feature film based on the Witcher series of books.

Ah Darksiders 2, what a glorious game you could've been if you simply had more time. Alas with THQ being on the verge of bankruptcy Vigil Games had to launch the game as soon as possible.

The result was a stylish game mired in padding, excessive amount of pointless loot and an almost nonexistent difficulty curve. In the end THQ went bankrupt, the series sold to Nordic Games and very little was heard from it since.

Until recently. It appears that Nordic Games thought similarly of the series as I did because today they've released Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition which hopes to fix the errors of the past.

In a press release today Activision announced that they are aquiring the mobile phone app maker King, most famous for Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga, for a whopping $5.9 billion.

Yes, you read that right, they bough them for almost 6 BILLION dollars. And I'm betting you thought you spent too much money on free to play games.

Just to put things in to perspective, when Disney bought Star Wars they "only" paid $4 billion, so this acquisition shows that Activision has high hopes for the mobile gaming market. And its easy to see why, according to the same press release King had an adjusted profit of $2.1 billion during the last twelve months.

It would appear my optimism in the previous article was unwarranted as the re-release of Arkham Knight is gathering many of the same complaints that got it pulled from Steam in the first place.

The one ray of sunshine in all of this is the fact that WB are offering a full refund for both the game and the season pass no matter how many hours you put in to it. This offer will be valid until the end of 2015.

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth has been my go to "chill out" game for a while now so the moment I realized Afterbirth released on steam I snapped it up, dropped everything I was doing and started playing.

I will do a proper review after I've put in some more hours but even now I feel like I can confidently say that this is a great piece of DLC, it expands on pretty much every aspect of the main game while still adding enough new things to keep it all fresh. You can get it right now on Steam for $10,99/€10,99/£7,99 though keep in mind you will need the base game (The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth) in order to be able to play Afterbirth.

Hi-Rez has announced today, on the 20th anniversary of the first Tribes game, that they are giving out all of the Tribes Universe games for free, including the PlayStation 2 only Aerial Assault.

You may know the Tribes series as the futuristic FPS with insanely fast movement, jetpacks, plenty of explosions and gameplay so deep that its damn near impossible to master but what you might not know is that Tribes actually began as a mech game. The very first game was called Metaltech: Earthsiege and it was awesome!
