[Update #2]: Total War: Warhammer 2's big bugfixing update has finally been unleashed.

[Update]: The newest beta update has finally corrected most of the annoying bugs!

While the latest The Warden & The Paunch DLC brought with it a whole assortment of new units and mechanics to toy around with, it unfortunately also added some really annoying bugs. Creative Assembly quickly responded by releasing a beta update, but as is often the case with any sort of complex game, their fixes brought in a bunch of new issues.

All of this and more was supposed to be fixed through a beta update earlier this week, though as you're likely well aware at this point, the update sadly never came. And according to the newest announcement, I'm afraid it won't be coming at all this week.

It's not all bad news, however, as the newest beta update has now been officially scheduled for Monday, July 13th. The exact details are currently few and far between, but expect to see fixes for the Greenskins and Norsca confederation bugs, the curious case of missing Legendary Lord traits, and a variety of other nuisances.

Once the update goes live I'll make sure to let you know, but until then I'd still recommend giving the current beta a try as the overhauled Orcs and Black Orc Big Boss really do make a sizable difference for the Greenskins.
